How fast do you deliver the order? 
Most of the products we have in stock, that is the advantage of being a division of the manufacturer. Some products need to be build to order and have a longer deliverytime, for example the 19 Inch AllinOne TFT PC and the colored displays. If a product is not in stock in our warehouse in the Netherlands, we can ship by air from Taiwan within 3 days.

That is correct. Recently the Taiwanese SUN group (zie www.sgmonitor.com) bought 50 percent of our shares. The advantage for us is that we nearly can deliver anything from stock at a incredable low price.

What payment options can I use in your store?
You can pay by European Banktransfer or by Paypal. Using the Paypal option you can also pay with VISA or Mastercard.

Do you also offer complete Digital Advertising Solutions? 
Yes, but these solutions are too complex to sell online, you can contact us for more information or visit www.12godigital.com (only available in Dutch).

To which countries do you deliver?
We deliver worldwide, our website automatically calculates the shipmentcosts based upon delivery by TNT.

And what about warranty?
On all our products we give at least 1 year warranty, accept for products with a batterypack like the Digital Tag and VideoVest, these products have 3 months warranty. In most cases we swap defective products.
